This week’s challenge at the Global Design Project is to case the very talented Tanja Kolar. I decided to create an Inspirational/Good Luck card using Perfect Days from our Memories and More range together with the fabulous You’re Priceless. I particularly love this set because my own team of Stampin’ Up demonstrators are the Aces and Diamonds, so it’s just perfect for us!

I followed Tanja’s layout but my card is quite a bold statement card in comparison to Tanja’s delicate dragonfly and soft colours.
Tips and Tricks for my You’re Priceless card
- To break up the black background, I heat embossed the small gems from You’re Priceless with clear embossing powder – it’s subtle but just enough for a little sparkle
- To add a little interest to the sentiment, I heat embossed it with White Embossing Powder and then I cut up the words
- Finally instead of using the word ‘diamond’, I used one of the diamond embellishments from the Memories and More Perfect Days card pack. To add an extra sparkle, I added a little Wink of Stella to the diamond – hard to capture in a photo but gorgeous in real life.
