Hello and a very warm welcome to this month’s Stampin’ Creative Blog Hop. You may have arrived from our Guest Hopper Heidi (thank you so much for joining us this month, Heidi) or this may well be your first stop, ether way you are very welcome.
Our theme this months is Trees and Leaves and I did wonder for a while, would I go Autumnal, Winter or A-seasonal?! In the end, I plumped for Autumnal and plumped for my old favourite, Vintage Leaves. Inspired by half-term shopping trips for some new winter clothes with the kids, I had to pair it with the gorgeous Cable Knit embossing folder – I do LOVE that folder.
So here are my projects this month.
The base is the gorgeous Rich Razzleberry and you will find Crushed Curry, Punpkin Pie, Old Olive and Rich Razzleberry sponged onto my leaves. I rifled through my collection to find my smallest and cutest ‘Thank you’ stamp and I think I found it with Weather Together! This is the little ‘Thanks’ you see stamped in between my leaves on my Very Vanilla panel. Here is a close-up of the sponged leaves.
My second project uses another hidden gem in our annual catalogue, the cafe bags. These bags are perfect for gifting your home bakes as they are fully lined and food safe and are so easy to dress up. I’ve also used the reverse of the embossing folder pattern, just to show you what it looks like the other way round – I love both!
I hope you enjoyed my projects this morning, do hop on to Caro at Craft with Caro by clicking the image below who will undoubtedly have a beautiful project to share with us.
Here is the full line-up in case you get lost along the way. Do leave us a commen please, as we love to hear from you.

What a creative way to use the folder for that bag! I’ve heard this is called “debossed” but I’m not quite sure if that’s the correct term.
Not 100% sure either Jann but I think you’re right, either way I love the folder whichever way it’s used. My current favourite!
Love this Eimar, this embossing folder looks really versatile….not just for Christmas.
Thanks Heidi, it’s definitely a great folder to have in your collection
Fabulous colours Eimear and I absolutely love the detail of your stamped leaves, coupled with the word ‘Thanks’ as a background panel. Brilliant use of images. Thanks for the inspiration x
Lovely Eimear! Love the mix of colours – I’m so glad I have this set in my stash! I can’t believe I haven’t purchased this sooner. Love it 🙂
