Stampin’ Up Wonderland Invitation

I just thought I would share with you some of the invitations I have been sending out for my crafty morning at the end of September.  I’ve used the Wonderland stamp set together with the Winter Wonderland co-ordinating washi tape.  I’ve also spooled some of our lush metallic thread round the background.

You may be intrigued by the shape on which I have stamped Silent Night in Soft Suede.  What punch is that I hear you ask?

I didn’t have a punch or even a framelit that suited the sentiment (I know – hard to believe!!) so I created my own!

I stamped the sentiment and die cut it with one of the Chalk Talk framelits.

Then I simply trimmed it with my trimmer – ta-dah!! Simples, as a certain little meerkat would say!
