I decided it was high time I did another challenge and I thought I would try my hand at a graduation card for TGIF’s 3rd challenge.  This is a fairly new challenge site, if you haven’t seen it yet, you can find it here.

Here is my entry

Stampin Up Something to Say for TGIF3-001

I decided to go with the colours I had for my own graduation (many moons ago!) which were Black, Gold and Purple and I’ve taken the sentiments from Something to Say. I got the idea for stamping Congratulations in this way from a swap I received from my downline, Caro, at our regional event in Telford this weekend. I’ll be back tomorrow to share that with you so stay tuned!

The little world stamp is from Project Life Let’s Get Away in our Spring Summer Catalogue which retires on June 2nd and I embossed my Congratulations in gold in the centre – it just fits – how lucky was that?!

The arrows come from the What’s Up punch which sadly retires with our annual catalogue, but if you like it, it’s still available as at 18/05 and at 50% off! – just click on the link to my online shop above.

I do hope you like my challenge card and please leave a comment as I’d love to hear from you.

Until next time, happy crafting,
Eimear

This is great! The stamping is so clean! I’m amazed at the perfect lines and spacing that you were able to achieve 🙂 Love all of the added dimension, too. Great card.

Thanks James, you got to love the good old Stamp-a-ma jig and grid paper!

Thanks so much, Mercedes, I must admit, haven’t used it very often before but it just seemed to fit this card!
