Last night we had our monthly team night. We like to catch up, swap cards for ideas and inspiration and do a couple of make and takes. Last night it was my downline Ali’s turn to introduce her Make and Take and we did some fab punch art.
I just love him, he’s so cute! Punch Art is such a great way to make use of your scraps and adults and children love it equally. My almost 7 year old has requested a cat card so will have to get my thinking cap on for some feline punch art before tomorrow!
I did the other Make and Take and we created a card very similar to my Bow Builder Birthday card from last week that I showed here. This time I added a couple of extra layers and illustrated the Irresistibly Yours free SAB paper. I sponged it with Crisp Cantaloupe to match my paper and cardstock.
There are several other ways to use your Bow Builder Punch, attaching the tails pointing downwards totally changes the look of the bow. You can also create a flower like the one I used on this card, thank you to my good friend Jessica for the inspiration for this flower.
You can also create some great bows to go on cards, gift boxes or gift bags like I’ve done here.
I think this punch makes a great addition to anyone’s collection, you can see and order the Bow Builder Punch here.
And check out the video on this post too to show you exactly how to make up the bows. I’m back tomorrow with a special blog hop so do pop back, there will be some fantastic projects on display. If you fancy joining our Aces and Diamonds team, we’d love to see you at our next meeting. Sale-a-bration is also the very best time to join, check out the details here and please do get in touch if you have any questions at all.
Until next time, happy crafdting
