This month I decided to join the Crafty Collaborations Autumn Themed Blog Hop and have cracked open Sparkle of the Season bundle to celebrate!
I do love a multi-functional set and if you skip down to the product list at the bottom, you can see that this set makes wreaths that you can decorate for Autumn, Halloween and Winter – perfect for the next three months! Here’s my Autumn wreath…
I’ve used shades of Early Espresso, Cinnamon Cider, Pale Papaya and, of course, Pumpkin Pie for the cutest mini pumpkins ever!!!
The dies are what attracted me to this bundle, I just love all the little elements that can decorate your wreaths. The detail on the leaves is so pretty. There is also a fab little broomstick and bats for Halloween too – Check out the product list below to get a closer view…
I’ve used the Hippo & Friends die set for my sentiment – that die set is always on my desk. I never get a chance to tidy it away as I use those clever little labels for almost all of my cards!
Finishing touches….
It’s lovely to continue the feel of your card onto the inside, so I chose to stamp the little leaves in Pumpkin Pie top and bottom. I had planned to use Pale Papaya but with the richness of Early Espresso, I felt it needed something more vibrant.
Finally, I added a little touch of Gold with the Gilded Gems and some leaves die-cut with the FREE SAB Be Dazzling paper – there is nothing that gorgeous paper cannot be used on – all time favourite product!!! and even better when it’s FREE!!! But not for long, don’t forget Sale-a-bration ends at the end of September!
