Yesterday was my Wedding Anniversary so I thought I would share the anniversary card I made to give to my husband. As it was a personal card, I tend to pull out all the products and don’t limit myself to using one set or even one suite!!
Wedding Anniversary Card Details
- I used Perfect Plum for my card base as it is pretty close to one of the colours we had at our Wedding. The purple hues of heather featured strongly in our floral arrangements and the button holes as my husband is Scottish.
- The DSP comes from Bundle of Love. It features 2-sided designs with Blushing Bride or Soft Sky on one side, and these gorgeous decadent gold foil designs on the other.
- My hearts come from Wood Words and the co-ordinating Wood Crate Framelits
- The sentiment comes from Milestone Moments which has great numbered greetings for important Birthdays and Anniversaries. Ours was number 11, so not as important as 10th, 25th etc – important to us of course!
It was a very quick and easy card to create – luckily – as my children took over my craft room for the entire afternoon to create cards for us. I wasn’t allowed in, and I somehow managed to remain calm having no idea what they were doing in there, they are 9, 7 and 5! Only one stamp went missing and we subsequently found it after a LOT of searching!
Here are their gorgeous cards!
Product List
Here is everything I used on today’s card. The sequins on my card are actually retired, but I have included our current sequins in the supply list which are smaller – smaller sequins would actually have been much better but I didn’t have them to hand. (adds to next order!!)
I hope you enjoyed reading about today’s card, if you’ve time do pop a comment below as I do love connecting with you all wherever you are in the world
Until next time, happy crafting
