Today was a very important day in our house as my baby boy celebrated his first birthday, so I thought I would showyou his birthday cards,.
With three older siblings, he doesn’t get much choice in what goes on the TV but as his older sister likes Peppa Pig, that’s pretty much what he watches. I thought he might recognise George so I set about making a card with George and his dinosaur. I love making Punch Art cards and it is a great way to make use of all the bits I collect in my scrap folder.
I used a variety of circle punches, the owl punch and the word window. His red welly boots were made from the tiny heart punch in the Itty Bitty Accents set where I just snipped the edges straight and the dinosaur spikes were made from the little flags in the Balloon Framelit set.
My sun is made with the Sunburst framelit that I then cut into a circle and of course the clouds come from Sprinkles of Life and the matching Tree Builder Punch.
And as I’ve managed to successfully instill the crafty bug in my three children, I thought I would show you the birthday cards my other children made him, They are 8, 6 and 3 and are incredibly fond of their baby brother.
And finally, here is the Birthday boy himself. He’s the happiest wee boy in the world and we all love him very much.
Here is a list of everything I used – it is a long list so apologies in advance. I do tend to pull out half the craft room when I am making family cards!!

It’s brilliant! And he suddenly looks so grown up! Your punch art cards are always amazing. I love the dragon, especially and the red wellies are genius. x
Aw thank you! I know what you mean about grown-up – where has my baby gone?! 😢
