This weekend marked the end of Stampin’ Up’s 30th Birthday year-long celebrations. We partied all over the world from Orlando in the States, to Brisbane in Oz and Birmingham here in the UK amongst other locations! It is traditional at Stampin’ Up! events to swap card fronts and project ideas (totally optional but fun!) and I thought I’d show you the swap I’d made.
After falling in love with embossing white on vanilla on a recent Christmas card ,I decided to use that technique again on my swap. I’ve also used Itty Bitty Greetings for that fun sentiment.
I was running short of time (I was still finishing off my swaps on the morning of Onstage!!) so I videoed the process for the last of my swaps rather than making a label.
I’ve just realised after publishing this post that I’ve forgotten to add the ribbon to the pictured card!! I gave out all my swaps so had to make an extra one to blog on my return and forgot the ribbon!! Ah well, it features in the video…
They weren’t the quickest swap I’ve made, but I made each part in bulk over the course of a couple of days. That is definitely the process when making any project in bulk!
I just love the sentiment here – Itty Bitty Greetings has some fantastic sentiments! Check it out
I will be back soon to share the gifts I made for my team – they were so cute and easy to make with the perfect Santa bag packaging!
In the meantime, here is the list of supplies I used to make my swap. Don’t forget this month’s host code if you would like to make a purchase. By adding it at checkout, I will send you an extra little gift in the post directly from me.
