I had an absolute blast at Stampin’ Up’s #Onstage2016 in Telford last weekend. I attended with some of the ladies in my team, the Aces and Diamonds, but I had a little secret… I was one of the Onstage Presenters!
I must admit to being quite nervous, but it was such a great experience and the support I received from the Stampin’ Up staff, my team and my fellow demonstrators was just fantastic.
I started off my weekend as a guest at the Centre Stage reception. This is an evening that Stampin’ Up treat their Silver Elite and above demonstrators to. We had some business training, a fabulous meal and it was so lovely to mix and mingle with my fellow demonstrators before the madness of Saturday began.
Saturday itself was full to the brim with inspiration, product demonstrations, business tips, sneak peeks, video streaming from the main Onstage event in the US – all of which I got to share with my baby boy who travelled with me. He is such a wee darling and was no trouble at all, in fact, it’s the third Stampin’ Up event he has attended in his first year and I’ll be a bit lost without him the next time we have one as he’ll be a little too old to travel. I think a lot of my fellow demonstrators will miss him too!
As I said, I was presenting and luckily baby Finn decided to sleep at that point which was very handy. I was very lucky to get the opportunity to present with the very lovely Carrie Bates. Here we are with the UK BDM Paula Gorry.
And here I am on stage doing my thing! Pop back very soon so I can show you a sneak peek of the projects I was presenting.
In the meantime, do have a look at the retiring list and go grab a bargain! Stock is selling fast and many items have gone already, don’t let your favourites sell out!
Until next time, happy crafting
