It’s time for the very last Stampin’ Creative Blog Hop of 2020 – I could blether on about the state of 2020 but I think we should probably just let it slip away quietly without a fuss! We chose our theme of Celebrations way back at the beginning of the year when Celebrations seemed a fitting theme for a December 31st Blog Hop. Yet as of this morning, my area in the UK has gone into a Tier 4 lockdown! However, let’s face it, with 4 young kids, my New Years Eve would not have looked much different with or without a lockdown!

For my Celebrations card today, I’ve chosen the Suit & Tie Dies from the Well Suited suite. This is an amazing suite in the new mini catalogue that ticks all the Male Card boxes. But equally, making a black tie card screams Celebration to me.

I decided to clear emboss the lapels and pocket detail of my suit to mimic a satin look.

I used some black rhinestones for buttons but if you don’t have any, you can colour our clear rhinestones with a black Stampin Blends or black sharpie.

On the inside, I have made some funky braces to match my bow tie and handkerchief. This gorgeous paper is FREE with a £45 purchase when Sale-a-bration starts on January 5th -not long to go now!!

I hope I’m not tempting fate with the sentiment, but I do wish you all your best year yet! This sentiment comes from one of our annual catalogue sets, The Best Year and the numbers are from another annual catalogue set Make a Difference. They are stamped onto a die-cut from Hippo and Friends – which has one of the best label die collections we carry – a hidden gem!
