Once a month, I run a Fast and Fabulous class here at my craft room. As the title suggests, the cards are both quick to make yet hopefully, both the creator and recipient will agree, fabulous at the same time.
This was my personal favourite from last night’s class and is so quick and easy to make, it would be perfect to mass produce for your own batch of Christmas cards this year.
I got out my Northern Flurry embossing folder for the first time this year and embossed some vellum. Then I simply heat embossed the greeting from Bright and Beautiful in silver – not forgetting a quick swipe of the embossing buddy to avoid the powder sticking where you don’t want it to. All that was needed was to secure it was a few strategically hidden glue dots to a base of Elegant Eggplant and little bit of silver ribbon to finish it off.
There you go, Fast and Fabulous!
I hope you like it and that it convinces you that crafting your own Christmas cards needn’t take forever. If you are within travelling distance, do take a look at my Class Calendar page for my next classes, and come along next time.
As usual, here is everything I used to make the card
Until next time, happy crafting,
Eimear
