Merry Christmas from Sassy Salutations

By | October 19, 2014

I’m sharing another card today from my recent Fast and Fabulous class.  I was inspired by a card by Megan Daves who used Sassy Salutations in a similar way.

Stampin' Up Sassy Salutations for Christmas-001

I used the little arrow stamp from What’s Up in between the words – it kind of reminded me of pine needles – though must admit, I’d never looked at it like that before!

So all in all it’s a quick and easy card – though you do need a Stamp-a-ma-jig to get those words in a perfect line – only 2 stamps, 2 coloured inks, and 3 coloured cards. I’m afraid I used a retired ribbon in my version, but we have a few Real Red ribbons to choose from in our catalogues.

I’m sure there are a few stamps in your collection that would fit the bill for this style of card, if not, here is the full ingredients list of today’s card.  Just click on the item you need to find it in my online shop.

I have my team meeting this Thursday, which I am really looking forward to.  If you’ve ever thought of being part of a crafting team, bouncing ideas off each other and inspiring each other, do get in touch.  We still have a great joining offer on until Friday 24th, so this is the perfect time to give it a whirl.  You’ve nothing to lose, and if it ever is no longer for you, you don’t have to give anything back, you get to keep all your discounted goodies.  Have a read here and if you are in the UK, la belle France, Germany, Austria or the Netherlands, get in touch.  You don’t have to be local – with the wonders of the internet, you are never far away.

Hope to hear from you soon, until then, happy crafting.
