This week I made a few cards for my customers as a little thank you for both their orders and their support.
I made two versions changing up the colours to suit the colours in the DSP. Both patterns were taken from our Lullaby DSP. They are mostly delicate colours but don’t have to be used in a ‘delicate context’. The colours in the DSP are Baked Brown Sugar, Coastal Cabana, Crisp Cantaloupe, Hello Honey, Pistachio Pudding and Whisper White.
Here I teamed one card with Hello Honey and Baked Brown Sugar
I have used the now retired Stretch Ruffle Trim in Baked Brown Sugar but we have some gorgeous thick Bakers Twine in all the 2013-2015 in-colours that would look equally as good.
My second card features another colourway in the Lullaby DSP and I co-ordinated it with Crisp Cantaloupe cardstock.
Both cards use a sentiment from Perfect Pennants die-cut with one of the framelits from Chalk Talk.
