Sweet cards with the Sweet Symmetry Suite

By | June 10, 2021

My Facebook Live this Monday featured the fantastic new In Symmetry tamp set.  I had only just opened it the night before for my Aces and Diamonds Sunday Challenge evening.  I wanted to recreate the card I made there in a different colour and made this one with the Sweet Symmetry Suite

With my Sunday card and the FB Live card, I wanted to see if I could make a full flower with the largest stamp in the In Symmetry stamp set – and turns out, you can!  Just in caae it turned out a little messy in the middle, I also stamped the small round bloom and fussy cut both before adhering one on top of the other.

I was really pleased with how it turned out, you really wouldn’t know that this was not one large floral stamp!

You can see exactly how I created it by clicking on the image below, and there is another card I made from the suite at the end of the video as a Bonus!

And here is my own card that I made originally on my team night – would love to know which you preferred.  When I posted it on FB, I think the Just Jade version just had the edge, what do you think?

Which do you prefer? Shades of Just Jade and Night of Navy or Bumblebee and Night of Navy? Click through to see more

Finally, you can find everything I sued to make my FB Live cards .The only extra was the Just Jade cardstock for the original.  The floral centres use a retired embellishment  as I don’t have the new In-Colour embellishments.

I hope you enjoyed today’s card and tutorial,  if you have any questions you can get in touch using the link on the right. and if you would like to purchase anything I used, don’t forget to use the current host code (see right hand tool bar) for an extra gift in the post as a thank you directly from me.

Until next time, happy crafting
