Welcome to this month’s Stampin’ Creative Blog hop where we are exploring the wonderful world of Festive Treats – is your mouth watering yet? Hopefully the little treat I have rustled up will whet your appetite to get creative in the craft room. I thought after a hard night travelling round the world Santa may be a little tired of mince pies and might fancy a little champagne truffle instead 😉 So together with the Holly Jolly Christmas bundle, I knocked up a little alternative festive treat packaging. It’s always fun to create something a little different for treats and this months offering is no exception.
And with the co-ordinating dies, it was pretty easy to make a matching card too especially for Santa!
I kept my colours non-traditional to co-ordinate with the chocolates, so I’ve used Early Espresso, Old Olive, Daffodil Delight and Petal Pink. Sometimes it’s fun to move away from the traditional Red and Green. what do you think?
As you may have noticed, one of those chocolates needed eating more quickly than the others and I was more than happy to oblige…. Santa may need some new ones before December comes around. I hope Santa likes my mince pie alternatives and takes me off the naughty list!
Finally, I hope you enjoyed my Festive Treat Packaging with the Holly Jolly Christmas Bundle and I do hope you continue to hop around the rest of the team who have a gorgeous collection of projects to show you today. Be sure to leave a comment if you have a moment as we love to hear from you.
