Two posts in one day – unheard of for me, but I wanted to take part in my first Pals Paper Arts Challenge – might I add, my first ever challenge!! Encouraged by my wonderful downline, Caroline Thomas, I thought I would try and test my creative abilities by taking part in a challenge so here goes!
I’ve used the gorgeous Hello You Thinlits – which incidentally come in a great value bundle together with the Crazy for You stamp set. This is where the ‘Just be’ comes in – there are so many different sentiments to choose from that work beautifully with the Thinlits.
The background paper ‘Irresistibly Yours’ is from our Sale-a-bration promotional catalogue. 12 sheets of this paper can be yours for FREE with any £45 purchase until March 31st. The paper is white with a glossy pattern that you can colour over and the pattern resists the colour. Here I have sponged the three PPA challenge colours of Soft Sky, Pool Party and Island Indigo.
The sentiment from ‘Crazy for You’ is stamped in Island Indigo, cut into a banner and mounted on an Island Indigo banner. I’ve used the little flower from Something to Say in Pool Party and can you spot the little pearl in the centre? It’s coloured with the lightest Coastal Cabana Blendability marker.
