Best Route Memories and More makes the Best Cards |

It’s the last Thursday of the month and time for the Stampin’ Creative Blog Hop where our theme this month is Masculine Makes. You may have arrived from the lovely Kim Fee or this may well be your first stop but either way you are very welcome to Eimear at Stamp in Colour. If you’d seen my recent post you may realise I’ve only just cracked open my retiring Best Route Memories and More Cards. They are perfect for masculine projects so I thought I would challenge myself to use ONLY these cards to make a masculine card for today’s hop.

ONLY Memories and More cards?? Yes, apart from the Memories and More card bases, there is no other cardstock or even stamp used in today’s project. I wanted to do a bit of creating so I did not limit myself to just the stickers included in the embellishment pack, I did punch a few shapes. However, I did not use extra cardstock, I used the cards from the pack itself.

I had great fun making this project and it made me realise how versatile our card sets really are. They are perfect for scrapbook pages – here is another one I did recently, they are of course perfect for Memories and More layouts, but I hope I have proven today that they really do make great greetings cards too.

Masculine makes can be tricky but I hope we’ve shown you that they don’t have to be as difficult as we can make it feel.
