The sketch for this week’s Global Design Project is a layout I love and use often in my own crafting – and I couldn’t resist trying out our new Embossing Paste.

and here is what I came up with…
It is the first time I’ve tried our new embossing paste and I really liked the results. It is so easy to work with and doesn’t take very long to dry.
I used the Party Patterns stencils to create my textured element on the right hand side. It is so easy, you simply pick up some paste with the Palette Knives and smear it over the stencil. Leave it to dry and rinse off your stencils and knives – that’s it! Of course, there are other things you can do with embossing paste, like add colour or glitter, but all good things come to those who wait…. or to those who attend my Technique Tuesday class next Tuesday night.
