We’ve always had some fun around Halloween as I’m from Ireland. As children, we used to have plenty of games on Halloween night such as dunking for apples and special prize filled apple tarts, plus of course, sparklers around the obligatory bonfire. I’ve never sent Halloween cards before, but with some of the sets that featured in this year’s seasonal catalogue, I couldn’t resist this year.
I saw something similar to this one on Pinterest and had to make my own version.
I must admit the DSP in the background is now retired, but the Brights Backgrounds DSP stacks would work just as well.
The Holiday Home stamp set is fantastic, perfect for a variety of occasions; think New Home, Christmas, and of course Halloween. Adding the framelits in a 15% off bundle makes the deal even sweeter.
As always here is the list of ingredients for today’s cards.
Before I go, I want to share some cards my daughter made for her classmates. She is 6 years old and had just broken her wrist a few days before. I am very proud of her and that she made all 28 cards in one sitting! We had a lovely afternoon crafting these together – but didn’t she do a good job?!
Until next time, happy crafting and happy Halloween!
