It’s the last Thursday of the month so time for some Birthday Fun with the Stampin’ Creative team.

This month I have a monochrome card for you that was the product of one of my Sunday night challenges with my team. We challenged ourselves to make monochrome cards – I repeated this on my weeklyFacebook live the next day, but this was the original card.

I have to admit when I first made the card, I wasn’t sure, but adding in the Elegant Faceted Gems as an embellishment really finished it off.

I’ve used 2 stamps sets on the card, firstly some fun background stamping with Circle Celebrations and the greeting itself comes from the You Are Amazing stamp set. This set coordinates with a really fun card kit of the same name.

I’ve used two of the Stitched Nested Labels Dies – one to create the aperture and then one which has my sentiment stamped on it. By having the DSP behind it, you get a glimpse through the aperture.
