Stampin’ Up Little Buddy Valentine for PPA 238

This week in the PPA Challenge, we are asked to design a card using the above three colours. I decided to ink up Little Buddy Birthday and make a cute little Valentine, suitable for the young and young at heart. Stampin’ Up Hardwood and Hello Life Valentine’s Card
